How to Get from Kisaichi Station to the Hoshida Park Hiking Course

Start your walk from Keihan Kisaichi Station toward the Hoshida Park hiking trail!

Walk straight ahead from the station!

From the station, walk straight ahead along the main road.

Turn right at this intersection!

When you reach the intersection shown above, turn right.

After a short walk, you’ll see an intersection with rice fields on the left—turn left here.

Hoshi no Sato Iwafune intersection

After a short distance, you’ll see a facility called “Hoshi no Sato Iwafune” on your right. Turn right at the intersection and cross the bridge.

Follow the scenic Amanogawa riverside trail for about 15 minutes.

After a few more minutes, you’ll arrive at the entrance to Hoshida Park’s hiking course.

After a short walk, you’ll see the parking lot on your left. Continue for about 5 more minutes along the walkway and you’ll reach “Piton no Koya.”

Access from Piton no Koya to Hoshi no Buranko

This is the rest area “Piton no Koya.” There’s a restroom next to it, so it’s a good idea to take a break before heading to the suspension bridge.

After walking a bit from Piton no Koya, you’ll reach a fork in the trail leading to Hoshi no Buranko. The left path is the “slope route” and takes about 25 minutes. The right path is the “stair route,” which takes about 15 minutes. Choose the path that best fits your fitness level — both lead to the suspension bridge.
